Working Production Manager
We are hiring for a working production manager to supervise our screen printing and embroidery departments and to help us become more efficient and produce a higher volume of work with superior quality. This position will oversee all production and supervise personnel. Only applicants with a minimum of 5 years experience operating presses and overseeing a shop should apply.

Responsibilities:
• Set up and run automatic & manual presses.
• Operate embroidery machines for garments, uniforms, hats, jackets, etc.
• Inspect materials, products, and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Recommend and implement measures to motivate employees, improve production methods, equipment, and performance.
• Supervise employees and assign tasks.
• Schedule work flow to make sure all orders are completed on time and quality meets company standards.
• Work with departments to assure accuracy of orders.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be extremely well detailed and organized.
• Must have 5+ years of experience.
• Must be able to handle multiple priorities at one time.
• Must be highly focused on producing quality products.
