Minimum quantity requirements vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. In an instance where a manufacturers minimum order requirement exceeds your quantity, call a sales rep for assistance. For a nominal fee, most manufacturers offer less than minimum quantities and will accommodate your request. Your sales rep can also provide you with a special quote or make other recommendations to get you the amount you need at the best price available. A pre-production proof is a production sample. When you place your order you can request a pre-production proof. For a fee, we will make one sample with your custom imprint that will be shipped to you prior to your order being produced. Once you approve the sample, your order will be manufactured in the standard production time. Please contact your sales rep at 1-888-425-6377 or sales@screentek.net to determine the cost of your pre-production sample.
Orders are shipped FOB from their point of manufacture. Our preferred shipper is UPS. For large shipments, we will send them via truck freight and you will be notified of the carrier during the production process. We are able to deliver to most locations in the United States. However, due to UPS restrictions, we must deliver to a street address. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. If you would like to have us ship your order and bill your existing account, please provide us with your carrier name and account number at the time of your order. In cases where you have not specified a third party billing account, we will add the freight to your invoice. All shipments require a signature and are sent insured for the total amount invoiced.
How many days will it take to receive the items you ordered? There are several factors that contribute to your delivery date. You need to consider the time it takes to produce your item and the method of shipping you selected. Production Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time For example, lets say you order screen-printed letter openers with a production time of 5 days and choose ground shipping. Depending on your location, ground shipments take 2 to 7 days to be delivered by UPS. As a result, your delivery time will be 7 to 12 business days, depending on your location. At the time of your order, your sales rep can provide a more specific delivery date. Production time is based on receiving acceptable artwork and a valid form of payment or credit terms. On orders where you have requested samples or pre-production proofs, the production time begins when we have your approval. All days reflect business days.
In certain instances you may receive an overage or a shortage on your order. Due to manufacturing quality and production standards there will be over runs and, less frequently, under runs. Screen Tek will do everything possible to minimize this occurrence. The industry standard on most products is plus or minus 5%. For example, if you order 1000 keychains you could receive between 950 and 1,050 keychains. Your account or credit card will be billed only for the actual quantity shipped.
